As yll know, we have a christmas skit coming up on the 16th December 2010, 12pm at Pantac office area. We are acting out a story from the new testament, when jesus healed a leaper.

We need a lot of help in this area, so whoever is able to contribute please contact me:D thank you! Practice is on Saturday 5pm onwards and on Sunday right after afternoon service. All will be at caleb's house.

Sunday, after worship we had a BBQ mini celebration for our babies that are born during October whatever year.

After Biastes service the youths went down to Sembawang Park.

We settled down and then started playing Captain's Ball!

The youths were playing Captains ball while the adults were busy putting up lanterns decorating the place!

Then we stopped when the sky's getting dark.(couldn't see and play properly)

SUNDAY

Our blog is very pictures-dead!! photos snapped at east coast will be uploaded soon hopefully. :) Last week, we had an aggressive frisbee and Captains' ball match which i guess was enjoyed by all. The uneven sandy ground forced us to put in more effort than usual. haha even Shaun was doing a great job catching and nailing the important goals despite his 'poor' stamina heh all of us (yess?) had fun and the perspiration was totally worth it. *clicks tongue & winks

TUESDAY (7/9)

Bible Study, which is held in Jurong, at our precious Mark Kor and Shirley's place, was awesome as well because not only did we enjoy a wonderful sharing, we had a splendid prayer that lasted for near an hour too! Just praying for all the problems that each of us are encountering, (spiritual physical) practicing our gifts of seeing visions. It was all very lovely and warm. Made me feel really blessed and glad that God has brought me to such a wonderful and united church ;)

FRIDAY (10/9)

Prayer meeting was joyful too as we bask in the warmth of our Lord. A number of us received visions from our Lord, which is something that we need badly because our Spirit needs to be constantly refreshed. Like how Joshua said, lets all try to prophesize for each other whenever we make a prayer, and have faith and believe because God listens. ;;D Caleb also shared that God took away the awful cramps that he was having. Pastor is starting his great story about this missionary who decided to go into the "Dark Continent" (Africa) in the 1800s. which he will continue next week. (sorry i cant rmb everything :/)

SUNDAY (12/9)

Aaron joined us for our worship!!! haha his presence is gonna make quite a difference, i presume hehe Continue to keep the worship team in prayers! AND JABEZ AND SW FINALLY QUIT THEIR JOB. FINE-NER-LEE. YAY REJOICE!!! :D that night, aunty mabel prepared steamboat for us, thank You!!!!!

What destroys the temple of God?

The unholy things destroys the temple of God. Unclean thoughts/ways.

*Pastor shares with us some of the things the world regard as wise.

Those that the world regards as wise that does not refer to the scriptures.

Like 'we can do anything as long as we set our minds on doing. There's the divine in us. We can do all things if we believe.' Yes, we can do all things as long as we believe IN GOD. 

Also we are reminded that we belong to God. We are precious. We do not have to envy others. We are valuable. We are rich. We have the Christ. And in Him we have everything, no lack of anything.

We also have to take care of the things God entrusted us with. Like for Pastor, it's us. For us, it's people around us. For all, the Gospel of Christ. Many others things God entrusted you with. Think about it.

Then there was discussions about judgement. Talking about not condemning or judging ourselves but to leave all the judgement to God. God made us and he is the only one who can judge us, change us, know us. Talked about if people came up to you and says certain stuffs about you which you're unsure of. Leave it to God, don't judge the person nor yourself. If you're unsure, humbly accept the suggestion and leave it to God. Don't  reject the person or judge the person. Also not to accept and judge ourselves.

Today some of the youths went down to Grandma Leong's funeraly today. Honestly different. There were serious moments but all joyful because we have the faith, hope and trust in our Lord Jesus! Praise God and give him thanks. Treasure your family! It's from God, the family be it beautiful or not now in your eyes.
God is good and she's safe with God now we believe! A beautiful lady who walked on earth being a blessing to people especially her childrens. Being a fantastic mother and all. Faithful prayer warrior of God. Never grumbles never complains. Wonderful Christian, a good example. Praise God, His amazing creation and work. Pray for everything to go well and smooth.

Today is another amazing day because we had 3 songs instead of just 1 after service heheheheheh OUR WORSHIP TEAM ROCKSSSSS (not really :-/ but im still filled of love for them :-*) Rina, xiaoen Shiwei and I headed with Aunty Mabel, Pastor, Aunty Cat and Uncle Ken to St Luke's nursing home.

We visited Pastor's mom first, whose condition deteriorated slightly and she was running a fever, prayed for the temperature to go down and we will believe that the Lord will do His work and take away all the pain and suffering from her. We are praying that she will survive until Pastor's book is published. Meanwhile it's under Charity's hands because she has a part to write in that book and God did the most amazing thing on Saturday night again haha! Pastor didn't want to rush Chairty in the writing for the book since she's well-occupied with dealing with the move to the States, but this morning, he felt that he really have to remind her because the Lord's prompting was so strong, and guess what!!! charity replied that last night, she received a sudden reminder from God that she has to finish the book quick and the prompting was really strong so now she's trying to hahahaha!! God's amazing so let us all pray that He will continue to keep Pastor's mom safe !!

After that, we visit Sister Shirley's dad who is staying there too and the Lord touched him in his own marvellous way because he broke down and said the sinners' prayer!! PRAISE THE LORD because Sister Shirley went there just yesterday and she almost got upset because her father was opposing her in the religious views. he was (hehe) a worship leader for his hopefully-ex religion. God is mending this broken family through His love and power :D

Xiaofang is also getting along very well in China, she brought 4 people to Christ, ranging from 22 years old to 50 years old hahahaha amazing.

Yongqi is not doing so well because she is in the hospital now after being discharged just a few days ago. She is diagnosed with osteosarcoma but our Lord, who resurrected Jesus and so many people, will have the power to heal her!!!!! Pray as well for her precious friend, Dora

Ashely's grandma is not doing so well too because recently her leg has been aching, and to curb the pain she took a few pills which resulted in some black marks around her neck so we must keep her in prayers too!

Narin's heading to the army and he is having his TP in 3 dayssssss~~~~

Auntie Siewlai's not doing so well either. Let us continue to pray that the Lord will send her His truth and light :))

Let us not be distracted (or too overwhelmed by the long prayer list hahahaha) but instead focus on spending time with God and always ask for His powerful love because once we

"comprehend with all the saints what is the length, width , heigh and depth of God's love,

and to know the Messiah's love that surpasses knowledge,

so you may be filled with all the fullness of God"

(Ephesians 5:18,19)

will have the power to seperate from us

from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord!!! "

Yesterday around noon Aunty Mabel sent us all a message of how Pastor's mom life was in grave danger and she may be passing on anytime, but Joshua prayed and he saw an angel came down for her. How powerful is that!!!! and so, of course she didn't go, even though the doctor firmly believed that its her time and gathered all the family members down. Never be doubtful of God's love for you, because He is always willing and ever ready to give You help, to send His angels down to protect you. :D :D

Pray also, for uncle Daniel's health, because he may be having a growth in his brain. The church prayed over him on friday night, the ringing in one ear stopped while the other softened. :)

Then Joshua reminded us several things:

Each of us have vastly different personalities and different backgrounds, yet we are still able to hang out together peacefully and have tons of fun together. It is a miracle of God, and God has brought us together. Satan is constantly trying to sow discord amongst us, one of his ways is to let us feel offended easily. Many times, we are easily offended even though the other meant no harm. If we don't get over this stage, we will be stuck in this even when we have passed our thirties. the Isrealites took 40 years to walk through a desert which required 11days-3 months to finish it. Let us not make the same mistake as them, but lift our praises up to God when we feel offended because we know God is toughening us up :D :D There is also the test of praise. God often does his miracles in us to reveal his glory. Never let us think that "oh maybe im really this good.." because that is how Satan would attack, but instead elevate God's name and glory and thank Him. :)

All the prayers that we make for one another during the meeting, never forget that our Father in heaven is hearing them as well. He will accomplish it because we want it, and so does He, very badly.

As for the September English Group Outing. We plan to have it at East Coast Park. Just to play and have fun together. Steamboats will be our dinner! YAY. Uhm, it's not home-style, outside ones. I think it's approximately $14 each yeah.

hey guys, i just realised we have and hotmail and gmail account! Which one do you all prefer?! Anyways, today's bible study was good as well. Praise God:D

Here are some thanksgiving and prayer request.
-Pray for Jacqueline(Shirley's colleague), facing slot of stress now. Pray that she'll be willing to open up to God, not really willing here.
-Pastor's mother(had a fall) recovery.
-Aunty Mabel's throat(no voice), pray for recovery.
-Aunt Catherine's work training, pray for easy absorption and understanding.
-SW's driving test.
THANKSGIVING
-Charity's Visa approved immediately and would be able to get her passport on Thursday!!( Means she would be able to catch the flight!)
-Uncle Ken's business getting better.
-Jabez's joy although tired.

English BS

Yesterday was our first english bible study! And guess what it was fantastic! Didn't expect it to turn out that well but yeah PTL! Pastor said it was like a confirmation from God too:D Anyways, it was really better for those english speakings i guess. Thank God because although we had to have two groups of bs, we still get to meet every first Sunday of the month to worship God together! I know the Chinese group must have been fantastic too!:D By the grace and love of God everything would work well for those who loves Him! So please keep praying for both the groups and give thanks to God for He's so faithfulllllll!!

Ohohoh, and for those who wants to go for the sharing from a men who's changed by God and is now serving Him. He's a Chinese Singer who sings worship songs for God. I think he would be sharing his testimonials. I don't really know anything about the exact details so for more information go to Aunty Mabel!!

And last announcement, Sunday there would be a celebration at NLBC located near Marymount MRT, for Aunty Mable's birthday! And people, present is not required but it would be much appreciated if you guys can present an item (?):D Time is running out! It's like an thanksgiving and an out-reach opportunity so please pray for it!

CAPTAINS BALL 1.

Hi everybody, today, the youths had their first captain's ball training! :D
Afternoon service was good as Pastor preached about going all the way with God, instead of half way like king Jehoash, (refer to 2Kings 14:1-12) Oh Charity is back from Australia safely!!!!! haha its so great to see her, she joined us for afternoon service along with Aunty Mabel haha she's gonna preach next sunday, whoever's interested please come ok!! She will be heading to Bethel College in America this Sept. K so after the service, everybody headed to around caleb's place to have their early dinner before heading to the nearby badminton court to play. The ground was so drenched due to the near day-long rain but we had to make do with it haha. So our game had this element of clumsiness and extremely hilarious scenes as people tumbled, or endeavoured to keep their balance hehe. Most people usually ended up trying to keep themselves from slipping when they chased after the ball, trying to not let it get out of the court hahahaha Our teams were split rather fairly, with Bryan Shiwei Hongxiang and I on one team, Xiaoen Huiwen Caleb and Jabez on the other. Everybody put in effort and played well, it was a really pleasant and fun game hahaha chilled for awhile at the Fitness corner where Caleb overcome his psychological barrier/slight trauma and we headed back to c's place. Wanted to wait for Charity to come back so that we can learn a new song from her, but everybody ended up heading home first. It was a good day today, despite the rain and all. Thank you God!!

Updates on Prayer Requests: ( i compiled everything for convenience's sake)
1. Caleb who is thinking of starting a bubble tea stall, and he lost his wallet again! So please help to pray for it as well as his discipline ;)
2. XiaoFang, who's currently in China, 's visa and Aunty Meiqin's work permit to be approved.
3. Pastor's 91-year old mother had a bad fall~Pray for her health
4. Charity is applying for a visa to the states. Pray that everything can be done efficiently in about 4 days.
5. the English bible Study, which is starting soon. (It will be at Mark Kor's house in Jurong East!!)
6. Mr Ang's health. his liver and heart is slightly weak :(
7.India's mission work(children's home)
8. More strength for those busy, stress and tired with work/studies!
9. Pray for the malay man Pastor prayed for at the hospital!(wife got stroke, cry all day long, grieved.)
